Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through paceon.co.uk.

PACEON is the trading name of PURA VIDA ECOM SOLUTIONS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16579115.

1. Where we deliver

PACEON currently delivers to customers within the United Kingdom only.

At this time, we do not offer international delivery. If this changes in the future, our Shipping Policy will be updated accordingly.

2. Order processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day after payment has been confirmed.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays and public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will usually begin processing on the next business day.

3. UK delivery options

We currently offer the following UK delivery options:

  • Standard UK Delivery: Free of charge, estimated at 7–9 business days after dispatch.
  • Express UK Delivery: £9.99, estimated at 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the moment the order is placed.

4. Free standard delivery

PACEON offers free Standard UK Delivery on all orders, with no minimum order value required.

Express Delivery is available for customers who would like a faster delivery option, subject to the £9.99 delivery fee shown at checkout.

5. Delivery estimates

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes shown above. However, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may occasionally be affected by courier delays, high-demand periods, public holidays, weather, strikes, operational issues or events outside our reasonable control.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you where reasonably possible.

6. Order tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your parcel has been handed to the courier.

7. Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

PACEON is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated delivery information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@paceon.co.uk. We will do our best to help, but we may not be able to change the address once an order has been processed or dispatched.

8. Failed delivery attempts

If a courier is unable to deliver your parcel, they may leave a delivery notice, attempt redelivery, deliver to a safe place, deliver to a neighbour, or make the parcel available for collection, depending on the courier’s own delivery process.

It is your responsibility to follow the courier’s instructions and collect or rearrange delivery where required.

If an order is returned to us because delivery was unsuccessful, refused, not collected, or the address provided was incorrect, we may contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.

9. Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at contact@paceon.co.uk with your order number.

We may need to allow a reasonable investigation period with the courier before confirming that a parcel is lost.

If your parcel is confirmed as lost in transit before delivery, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

10. Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@paceon.co.uk.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and item so that we can review the issue and assist you.

11. Risk and delivery

Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you, or to a person identified by you to receive them.

If you choose a safe place, neighbour delivery or other alternative delivery instruction with the courier, this may affect how delivery issues are handled.

12. Returns and exchanges

Shipping information for returns and exchanges is covered separately in our Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy.

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, PACEON will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide return instructions at no additional cost to you.
