Finding the right fit matters. This guide is designed to help you choose your PACEON footwear size with more confidence.
Please note that sizing and fit can vary slightly depending on the style, shape, material and construction of each shoe.
How to choose your size
For the best fit, we recommend measuring your feet before placing an order, especially if you are between sizes or buying a new style.
How to measure your foot
- Place a sheet of paper on a flat floor against a wall.
- Stand on the paper with your heel gently touching the wall.
- Mark the longest point of your foot on the paper.
- Measure the distance from the wall edge to the mark.
- Repeat with the other foot and use the measurement of the larger foot.
Fit advice
- If you are between sizes, we usually recommend choosing the larger size for comfort.
- If you prefer a snug fit, choose your usual size.
- If you wear thicker socks or need extra room, consider sizing up.
- For wider feet, check the product description for fit notes before ordering.
Trying footwear on
When your order arrives, please try footwear on indoors, on a clean, dry surface.
Footwear must not be worn outdoors if you may need to return or exchange it.
Items returned with outdoor wear, marks, dirt, odours or damage may not be eligible for a full refund.
Exchanges
If your size is not quite right, we offer exchanges subject to stock availability.
For exchanges due to size, colour or personal preference, you are responsible for sending the original item back to us. Once your return has been received and approved, PACEON will send the first exchange item back to you at no additional standard delivery cost.
