Do you deliver across the United Kingdom?
Yes. PACEON currently delivers to customers across the United Kingdom only. At this time, we do not offer international delivery.
What is your return policy?
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Once you have told us you wish to cancel or return your order, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back.
Footwear must be returned unworn, unused, not worn outdoors, with original tags and packaging where possible.
What are you delivery times?
Orders are usually processed within 1 working day.
Standard UK Delivery is free and usually takes 7–9 working days after dispatch. Express UK Delivery costs £9.99 and usually takes 5–7 working days after dispatch.
Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?
